Pan Pacific Aesthetic Institute Foundation Inc. (PPAIFI) is an affiliate society of the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) and a Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited provider.
Founded in 2008, the cosmetic surgery society collaborates with its training arm, the Pan Pacific Aesthetic Institute Inc. (PPAI), local and international aesthetic medical societies for continuing medical education (CME), aligned with its mission and vision.

To be the premier provider of Cosmetic Surgeons by 2036.

- To provide Continuing Medical Education among Cosmetic Surgeons and Aesthetic Physicians in the country.
- To develop safe, ethical, and professional medical standards in Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine.
- To provide science-based public information.
- To provide more affordable humanitarian services to enhance the quality of life among Filipinos.
